時間の大切さ

最近ますます寒くなってきましたね

受験生にとっては、これから勝負の半年間ですね

まだまだ焦らない受験生も多いと思いますので

僕から【時間の大切さ】のアドバイスです

 

残り半年＝31日×6ヶ月＝おおよそ１８６日ですが、

睡眠時間を1日8時間とすると、1日の３分の1は

寝ているという計算になります

 

186日の3分の1は寝ていると考えると、

62日も寝ていることなります

起きている時間は残り124日のみ。

もちろんずっと勉強できるわけではありません

朝・昼・夕食の時間、通学時間、お風呂や趣味の時間等・・・

そうすると、124日のおよそ半分しか、

勉強できる時間が取れない計算になります。

その期間は何と、たったの62日

 

6ヶ月あると思いきや、実際勉強できるのはたった2ヶ月

このように考えると「今日は眠いから、明日でいいや・・・」

とは簡単には言えないと分かりますよね

 

１日毎の計画を考え、それをしっかり守る事はとても重要です。

簡単に見えてとても難しい事ですが、きちんと計画を立てて

受験まで頑張りましょう
