地道な努力(*ﾟ∇^v)

最近暑かったり寒かったり、

気温の変化についていけませんbearing.gifsweat01.gif

皆さん風邪など引いていないですかsign02.gif

私は元々すごく体が弱い子供でしたが、

幼稚園の時にスイミングに通い始めてからは

風邪すら引かない丈夫な体になりましたsmile.gifscissors.gif

しかし最近は運動不足＆生活習慣の乱れから、

免疫力が低下しているようですdown.gifdown.gif

こんな自分を何とかしたいと、

最近地味に運動する努力をしていますrock.gif

なぜか運動音痴に見られがちなのですが(笑)、

実は昔から大得意なんですwink.gifshine.gif

とは言うものの、陸上部時代のように

颯爽と走ることは無理なので、

歩くことから始めましたshoe.gif dash.gifdash.gif

毎日の通勤はもちろん、休みの日も

大好きなお散歩を早足でやってみたり、

買い物中も早足で歩いてみたり・・・

基本早足ですcoldsweats01.gif

街中で私を見かけた方、

ウォーキング中だと思って怪しまないでくださいねsweat01.gif
