季節の風物詩?おいしい秋を食そう?
先日ランナーのみんなで青葉区の某所で芋煮会をしました?！！
最近寒い日が続いていたので天候がかなり心配でしたが、普段の行いが良いおかげ！？か晴天で暖かい日となりました！！
かまどを作り、薪に火をつけ、肉を炒める前に具材を煮てしまうアクシデントもありましたが、なんとか完成！！！
おいしく頂きました☆
今年はあと三回くらいやりたい感じですね！！

幸せな日(^-^)
先日､高校時代の友人の結婚式に行ってきました（＾0＾）/♪
感動し過ぎて開始5分で泣いてしまいました｡
きっと会場にいた誰よりも早かったと思います｡
すごーく綺麗な花嫁さんで､とっても幸せそうで､見ているこっちも幸せな気持ちになりました｡
もちろんブーケキャッチは最前列に陣取りましたが､思いのほか遠くにとんでいってしまい触れることすら出来ませんでした(´д`;)
近日もう1件お呼ばれしているので､リベンジしてきます！

会津に行ってきました!
先日､所用で実家に帰る機会があり､地元の会津に帰りました｡
僕の実家は福島の南会津郡と言うところです｡
会津若松市は鶴ヶ城や､白虎隊で有名ですが､そこから1時間くらい田舎の方に行ったところです｡
特に僕の住んでいるところは､家の前は川で､後ろは山という感じです｡
夜は7時を過ぎると真っ暗になります｡
当時は､田舎って嫌だなぁって思ってたこともありましたが､久々に帰るとすごく
落ち着けていいところだなぁと改めて感じました｡
今回はバタバタしていて写真を撮る時間もなかったのですが､次回は写真を撮って紹介したいと思います!

睡眠学習って実は・・・・。
よく雑誌の後ろのページに睡眠学習の広告を目にしますよね。
実はあれってあまりよくないとされているそうです。
２０年以上昔は睡眠の役割はよく解明されてなかったそうで、ただ、脳が活発に働いていることだけは既にわかっていたので、この時間帯に耳から情報を与えてやれば記憶できるのではないか！！と考え、せっかく脳が働いているのに、遊ばせておくのはもったいない！！という発想が睡眠学習の出発点だそうです。
ところがその後、睡眠の役割が「短期記憶を長期記憶に移し替える」為の大切な時間であることが分かり、この時間帯に外から刺激を与えて眠りを浅くしてしまえば、「記憶の移し替え」と言う大切な作業に悪影響を及ぼしてしまうそうです。
人間が眠るって事は就寝中に脳をリセットすることみたいで、パソコンでも連続して起動させて仕事をしていると、徐々に遅く、重たくなってきてフリーズし易くなったりするのと同じ事で、人間の頭も適度にリセットをかける必要が有るのだそうです。
つまり、睡眠学習は暗記に役立つどころか、記憶の足を引っ張る行為みたいですね。
効率よく暗記するためには、ぐっすり眠ることが重要！！ってことみたいです＾＾

変顔万歳(笑)!!
今日は七ヶ浜のお宅に体験して､とても面白い兄弟と出会いました♪
中川家を匂わすくらい､兄弟のやり取りが芸人並みに面白かったです☆
勉強は嫌いみたいですが､笑いの才能は感じました｡
二人共とても素直でした★
勉強の分からない所もお笑いと一緒で､ドンドン突っ込んでいくのが大切ですね!!
